Our very first product, the Hamer Ring Bag Closer provided a durable, cost effective bag closing system for the flour milling industry. From this first Hamer product launched in 1927 through our complete line of bagging products and systems our greatest resource for product innovation has always been our customers. All Hamer equipment is based on what we call “Practical Innovation”. Practical Innovation improves existing products or forms the basis for new products while always focusing on our customers packaging and operational requirements in all design aspects. Timely delivery, high quality manufacture

Our product lead times are designed to deliver a high quality product quickly. Many of our machines can be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks as a standard order fulfillment time. We work hard to maintain this availability regardless of order volume in order to meet our customers requirements for securing products as quickly as possible. When a decision is made to add a packaging machine, often our customers are under timeline requirements to fulfill a contract. And if specific dates are required, we’ll do our best to manage manufacturing to ensure we can meet those customer requirements as well. All Hamer products are thoroughly tested as components, sub assemblies and finished machines. When a product leaves our plant we have documented and approved quality testing.  Fast manufacture, innovative value-add designs and stringent quality assurance.  That is the Hamer ethic.
