Model 300VF Volumetric Filler

Accurate, High Speed Volumetric Bagging

The model 300VF volumetric filler brings next generation technology to bagging/filling operations.   Perfect for volumetric filling of soil, compost, mulch, aggregates, feed and any other products sold by volume.  Using a counter rotating leveling wheel it provides fast, consistent product flow.   The leveling wheel is height adjustable providing a product level from 2″ to 8″ high, speeds are adjusted with a VFD drive motor.  The feed belt is also VFD driven, allowing for precise filling no matter what product is being bagged.    Maintenance and downtime due to failure has been significantly reduced as there are no leveling chains or clutch brakes to fail.
