When it comes to the worst of plant environments or most difficult products to package, the model 3100 is the only machine built specifically to take on the toughest applications.  From industrial sands, aggregates and blasting media, to concrete, salt, metal oxides and other high dust abrasive products the model 3100 delivers consistent packaging day in and day out.   Built with  10,000 lbs of steel it features 1/2″ plate steel internal components, standard expanded metal machine enclosure, external controls on all adjustments, self cleaning bag filling and sealing conveyors and dual seal heat treated pulleys for long life in demanding applications.   With speeds up to 32 bags per minute the model 3100 delivers high volume production.
