Fast, Consistent Pre-made Bag Hanging
The Model 1200BH automtically picks, places and filles a wide variety of pre-made bags. Suitable for Paper, Poly Woven and Poly bags it indexs a single bag and presents this individual controlled bag for opening and fill spout placment. This process is a significant improvement over traditional bag hangers that pick a bag off a stack of bags. THe 1200BH single bag indexing ensures only one bag is presented and reduces the possiblity of bags being stuck together by static or glue. Bags are picked with heavy duty arms and placed on an integrated clamshell style bag spout for filling. Bag sensors monitor bag from bag magazine through bag placement on fill spout to ensure a bag is in place and ready to be filled before product is released.
Filled bags exit the Model 1200BH on a heavy duty upright bag conveyor to be presented to a bag top closing system. Any bag top closing system; Sew, heat seal or glue systems can be used.
The structural steel tube frame, wire mesh safety gating and heavy duty bag magazine and conveyors are built of heavy gage steel and powder coated for long life in virtually any plant environment. Bag size changes are fast and easy.
